Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of publishing and digital intellectual property, DFW Publishing maintains a strict but fair return policy.


📥 DIGITAL PRODUCTS (FINAL SALE)

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Ebooks
  • PDFs
  • Digital workbooks
  • Flipbooks
  • Downloadable content
  • Digital bundles or bonus materials

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.


📦 PRINTED BOOKS & PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item contains a printing defect
  • The incorrect item was received

Return Conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of damage or defect (photo) is required
  • Items must be unused and in original condition

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.


🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Items returned outside the approved return window

DFW Publishing reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
