📘 PRINTED BOOKS & PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

  • Print products are produced on demand.
  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping times vary by destination and carrier and are estimated at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

DFW Publishing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party fulfillment partners once an order has shipped.

📩 DIGITAL PRODUCTS

  • Digital products (ebooks, PDFs, workbooks, flipbooks, and downloadable materials) are delivered electronically.
  • Access instructions are provided immediately after purchase or via email.
  • No physical shipment is required for digital products.

📍 SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. DFW Publishing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
